Who I am

This site is operated by John Igbokwe ("I", "me"), trading as SyncTrack, based in Germany. If you have questions about your data, email john.igbokwe@synctrack.de.

What I collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone number, and what you're looking for help with, submitted via the "Send a Message" form. This is used so I can follow up with you.
• Bookings: if you schedule a call, your name, email, and chosen time are handled through a scheduling tool. Paid sessions are handled by a payment processor. I never see or store your card details directly.
• Talking to Sylvia: if you use the voice assistant, and you choose to share contact details during the call, that information is saved so I can follow up.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data, run ad-retargeting pixels, or share your information with anyone beyond what's necessary to run this site and follow up with you.

Your rights

As this site is based in Germany, EU/GDPR rights apply: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the data I hold about you at any time by emailing john.igbokwe@synctrack.de.
